Refund Policy

$99 reservation deposit

Your $99 deposit is fully refundable at any time before your GhostUnit ships. Email info@ghostunit.ai with your name and reservation number and we'll refund it to your original payment method, no questions asked. Refunds are issued within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

When you complete your purchase, your deposit is credited toward the price of your unit.

After your GhostUnit ships

If you're not happy with your GhostUnit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. The unit should be returned with its original accessories. Contact us first and we'll send return instructions.

Damaged or defective units

If your unit arrives damaged or doesn't work, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll repair or replace it, or refund you, at no cost to you.
